Job Description:

My Four Wheels is one of the most trusted and fastest growing driving schools in the UK, currently operating with 200 driving instructors and hundreds more in our training programme.

There is a record number of learner drivers in need of teaching due to test centre backlogs caused by COVID-19. In the last 12 months, our Driving Instructors' hourly rates have increased on average by £3 due to high demand. Over 70% of our Driving Instructors have waiting lists, some as long as 6 months. There has never been a better time to become a driving instructor.

Anyone can become a Driving Instructor. Recently, we have recruited individuals from various industries, including:

1. Driving industry (HGV driver, delivery driver, van driver, LGV driver, bus driver)
2. Finance industry (finance manager, accountant, analyst, supervisor, director)
3. IT industry (IT support, cyber security, web designer, engineers, web developer)
4. Health industry (care assistant, care manager, care trainers, doctors, nurses)
5. Education industry (teacher, teaching assistant, admin officer, personal assistant, lecturer)

Full training is provided and conducted as locally as possible. Our pass rates are significantly above the industry average, and we refund all of your training fees once you work with us.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Have held a full UK driving licence (or approved foreign licence) for at least 2.5 years
2. Have not been banned from driving in the last 4 years
3. Have no more than 6 points on your licence
