Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Van Driver to join our client's team to travel as part of a team of 2, delivering house furniture all over the UK. This is a Temp to Perm contract for the right candidate.

Shift Pattern

These are long hours and can be up to 12 hour shifts but on average are 9 - 10 hours each day. Early starts at 06:30 am and finish times depend on when you get back. Long distance driving, paid from the time you start till the time you get back.

Responsibilities

1. Taking it in turns to drive the van.
2. Offloading goods.
3. Client interaction.
4. Maintaining a good attitude.

Skills

1. Full driving license (manual) is essential for this position.
2. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.
3. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
4. Good physical fitness, with the ability to lift heavy goods.
5. A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices on-site.

This is an ongoing, full-time, temp to perm contract for the right candidate.
