Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Valuer/Lister located in Paignton. The Valuer/Lister will be responsible for appraising properties, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing expert advice on the local property market. Daily tasks will include conducting property valuations, liaising with clients, preparing detailed appraisal reports, negotiating sales and assisting with property listings. The role also involves maintaining excellent communication with clients and colleagues, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate Appraisal and Valuation
• Skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Knowledge and experience in working as Estate Agents
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team
• Proficiency in relevant property management software is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
