About the Role:

This role offers a unique and exciting opportunity for a versatile marketer eager to leverage a diverse skill set. Reporting to the Head of Value Marketing, who oversees the Go-to-Market strategies and plans, and audience-focused marketing frameworks for Cirium, this position focuses on developing and executing plans to resonate with buyers, influencers and decision-makers. You will be responsible for crafting customer-centric messaging and supporting go-to-market initiatives to ensure Cirium’s solutions meet and exceed market expectations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Go-to-Market plan execution to highlight the value of Cirium’s offerings.
  2. Customer personas and audience framework creation and implementation, helping teams to better understand the buyers and their pain points.
  3. Value proposition and articulation for target audiences, market segments and buyer personas.
  4. Content development and messaging for high-impact and consistent content for sales and marketing that effectively communicate Cirium’s product value.
  5. Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams to seamlessly align on value propositions, uses cases, and customer value, and with marketing campaign to deliver targeted messaging to prospects and customers.
  6. Support sales with insights and content to articulate the value of Cirium and its products to market and partner with solution consultants on sales enablement.
  7. Conduct market and competitor research, working with Cirium teams to gather insights and inform value-driven marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Considerable experience in value-based marketing or a similar role in the software/solutions/data/IT sector.
  2. Familiarity with aviation or travel market sectors is highly desirable.
  3. Proven track record in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies and value propositions.
  4. Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, including exceptional copywriting and storytelling abilities.
  5. Proficiency in productivity tools such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel; new AI tools; and experience with CRMs and sales enablement platforms is a plus.
  6. Demonstrated ability to conduct and apply market research and customer insights.
  7. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
  8. SEO, writing, and editing expertise to support content marketing efforts.
