UX/UI Designer

UX/UI Designer / Outside IR35/ Fully Remote / 5 Month Contract

I'm on the lookout for a UX/UI Designer for a 5 month contract that has been determined as Outside IR35.

This role has a 1 stage interview process happening ASAP.

Responsibilities:

1. Design System Creation
2. Hands-on Frontend Development
3. Prototyping & Implementation
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
5. Quality & Usability Standards

Role Requirements:

1. Strong experience with Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and creating design systems.
2. Expertise in building adaptable design systems that support brand-specific customization across multiple client projects.
3. Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and best practices to ensure usability for a diverse user base.
4. Experience in designing interfaces that communicate complex data insights in a clear, accessible way.
5. Proficiency in React for building and maintaining frontends, with an emphasis on reusability and performance.
