Shape better digital journeys as a Digital UX/UI Designer - Pensions
Fixed term contract - To 31st January 2026
We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our Pensions Digital team that are designing, building and launching market leading digital experiences for our clients.
You will be a key member of the team that influences how new strategic digital products interact and engage with clients throughout their end-to-end journey.
As a UX/UI Designer you'll be expected to bring creative range and a depth of thinking to this role. You'll be at the forefront of UX/UI design solutions that employ and improve our principles, standards and design patterns, centred around best practice, consistency and re-use. You'll consider the holistic customer experience and the end-to-end journeys, ensuring clear journey maps are in place and maintained as well as designing new features and continuously improving our current journeys.
You must be analytical and comfortable reviewing data to identify challenges in digital journeys and recommend solutions. You must be able to clearly articulate issues and work with Developers and Business Analysts on solutions for compelling journey improvement.
