Role: UX/UI Designer

Location: Hybrid from our offices in Manchester.

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with senior designers and developers to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing user experience and ensuring that our applications are visually appealing and functional. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in a supportive environment while working on exciting projects.

Requirements

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who can demonstrate a strong portfolio, with considerations to visual design and problem solving using UX/UI methodologies and principles. You would thrive in a hands-on role in a highly collaborative environment. This role requires you to be degree qualified with a minimum of a 2:1 classification in a Design, Business or IT related subject.

Responsibilities

  • Identify pain points and create elegant UX solutions to technical challenges to ensure enhanced user experience and seamless user journeys.
  • Customer centric approach, considering the end-user in the design, anticipating requirements, suggesting areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Manage and own client relationships, proactively highlighting risks, issues or dependencies.
  • Working alongside the Head of UX to define wider business goals & strategy.
  • You'll be a key team player in bringing ideas to the table.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
