We do that by giving them flexible access to our network of state-of-the-art facilities and powerful support services, with no long-term tie-ins or additional overheads.

UNTIL isn’t just a space, it’s a community where London’s leading self-employed wellness practitioners come together under one roof to unlock their potential, collaborate and grow. Our clubs are used by 40+ different disciplines including personal trainers, physios, therapists, life coaches, nutritionists, dentists and doctors.

At present we operate three central London clubs, Soho, Liverpool Street and Marylebone. We have plans to rapidly expand locations over the next 6-12 months. We’re currently going through Series A funding. Things are about to get even more exciting!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

We’re looking for a Designer to join our team. Our Designers are thinkers and doers. You don’t just use design thinking to think of the smartest solutions to (digital and physical) briefs, you do the doing and make them come to life.

Not only will you will work on UNTIL’s digital product suite developing user interfaces for our members app and beyond; but also supporting the creation of UNTIL’s internal and external communications. Working closely with the Digital Product Lead you will bring concepts to life and drive our digital product forward, focusing on seamless and innovative user experiences; making it more seamless for them to book facilities, grow their network, and purchase services to grow their business.

When needed you will be working closely with the Marketing Lead and the creative team to drive the acquisition of new members with exquisite branded material. There are 2 key components to this role:

  1. Product Design (80%) - Work closely with the Product Lead to develop our members app. Making it more seamless for them to book facilities, grow their network, and purchase services to grow their business.
  2. Develop marketing materials (20%) - Designing pixel-perfect marketing assets, investment decks, social media creatives, using the UNTIL brand guide.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with our Digital team, including Product leads, engineers, developers, and the marketing lead, ensuring a smooth transition and handover of designs to Business Analysts.
  • Design intuitive user journeys and interfaces for our members and club teams, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in development.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively visualise and communicate concepts.
  • Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and refine designs to improve user satisfaction.
  • Uphold and enhance our digital design guidelines to maintain consistent brand representation - ensuring evolution of our design system when needed to keep it up to date
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders, explaining your design process and demonstrating alignment with user needs and business objectives.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends in e-commerce, UX design, and technology to continually elevate our digital offerings.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Proficiency in core Figma and Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience using and building in Webflow
  • Familiarity with additional Adobe Creative Suite software (Premiere, XD, After Effects)
  • You are a detailed-orientated designer. Every pixel or millimetre matters.
  • We will consider applications from both junior and experienced designers
  • A stunning portfolio showcasing design skills and proven creative talent

  • Commercial acumen - you’re naturally curious about our members business models and how they grow. You seek to understand their entrepreneurial journey and how UNTIL can help. You are capable of undertaking data manipulation and analysis to assist with the success of both groups.
  • Project management - methodical, in-the-detail. take ownership, manage time of yourself and others. Can multi-task across a range of projects at the same time and still deliver on-time and to budget.
  • A dependable team player - build positive and trusted relationships with other team members. Operate with integrity, clarity and passion. Available to the GM, AGM and FoH team as and when needed to support the overall operational and commercial success of the club.
