UX/UI Designer

What you'll do:

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be at the forefront of shaping the customer experience. You will plan and conduct user research, evaluate existing products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead design projects, analyse workflows, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups. You will also conduct usability testing, develop design systems and style guides. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of the organisation.

1. Plan and conduct user research to understand customer behaviours, needs, and pain points
2. Evaluate existing products and interfaces to identify impactful improvements
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements, business objectives, and technical constraints
4. Lead the design of critical features or systems, from concept to final implementation
5. Analyse complex workflows to identify opportunities for streamlining and optimisation
6. Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience and drive efficiency
7. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to communicate design concepts effectively
8. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to validate and refine design solutions
9. Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products

The ideal candidate brings proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with an impressive portfolio showcasing their ability to transform complex workflows into intuitive user experiences. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD or similar is required. The candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centred design principles along with excellent problem-solving skills. Exceptional visual design skills coupled with strong communication abilities are essential for this role.
