Key Responsibilities:

1. Inspire and Lead the Team: Motivate and mentor the design team, steer projects to success, and build strong partnerships with clients.
2. Oversee Project Execution: Coordinate team workflows, maintain high-quality output, and ensure projects are delivered on time.
3. Craft Extraordinary Web Designs: Convert concepts into appealing, intuitive web designs that deliver outstanding user experiences.
4. Drive UX Excellence: Deliver expert guidance on UX principles and ensure designs are always focused on the user.
5. Collaborate Across Departments: Work alongside development teams to seamlessly incorporate design into every stage of the project.

Skills and Experience Required:

1. Web Development Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of web development, ensuring design solutions align seamlessly with technical specifications.
2. Expertise in User-Centered Design: Proven ability to create user-focused designs that prioritize usability, accessibility, and exceptional user experiences.
3. Proficiency with Design Systems: Deep knowledge of design systems, including their principles, components, and application for consistent and scalable projects.
4. Proficiency in Design Tools: Familiarity with industry-standard design tools.
5. Client and Project Management: Demonstrated success in interacting with clients and delivering on projects.
