UX Researcher

I am looking for a UX Researcher with a strong focus on quantitative data to join a dynamic team within the infrastructure and engineering software sector!

This role will be joining a Global Software Company to play a crucial role in building out a comprehensive design system that will shape the future of multiple projects.

Job Title: UX Researcher

Day Rate: Up to £500 Outside IR35

Start Date: End of September

Duration: 3 Months (Possibility to Extend)

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Dive into various data sources—such as support tickets, user success metrics (using Qualtrics), NPS surveys, and in-product feedback (Pendo)—to gather and analyze quantitative data.
• Storytelling with Data: Transform raw data into meaningful narratives that guide design decisions. Your ability to theme and interpret data will be key in driving the direction of UX research.
• Sentiment Analysis: Apply sentiment analysis techniques to understand user emotions and behaviours, helping to surface deep insights from the data.
• Collaboration: Work closely with UX teams to ensure data-driven insights are effectively integrated into qualitative research efforts, supporting evidence-based design decisions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in pulling and analysing quantitative data within a UX framework
• Hands on experience with tools like Qualtrics and Pendo is a bonus!
• Ability to theme, analyse, and present data in a way that drives impactful UX decisions
• An understanding of how UX research informs product development and design strategies
• Experience working within a Global Software Company is a plus
