UX Researcher

UX Researcher - London/ Hybrid - 8 Months - £47-£52 ph PAYE

A global technology company is looking for an experienced UX Researcher to join their team on an initial 12 month assignment. The successful candidate will partner directly with a single, tightly integrated pod with significant freedom to operate with the time, people, and space necessary for conceiving, building, and launching brand new products.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with researchers, designers, PMs, and engineers to identify, define, and deliver meaningful products into the world.
2. Collaboratively and independently develop and execute research roadmaps.
3. Lead various research studies throughout all the phases of the product development cycle.
4. Contribute to product strategy, execution, and go-to-market plans.
5. Manage research vendors to help augment the work of the research team.

Skills/ Experience:

1. 5+ years' experience as a UX Researcher.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time.
4. Experience working with data and utilization numbers to define and support hypotheses.
5. Experience with storytelling to get traction with various audiences.
6. Experience with autonomy and decision making to balance demands.
