Based in Covent Garden, London

Our Covent Garden theatre has been at the heart of London and British cultural life for three centuries. We are home to two world-class Companies: The Royal Ballet and The Royal Opera.

We are now looking to appoint a UX Research Associate who will work across the portfolio of RBO digital products to plan, prepare for, run, and analyse user research activities. The successful candidate will be a strong team player, able to demonstrate:

  • Some experience facilitating and running research, in a digital, marketing, academic or other capacity
  • Experience analysing qualitative and quantitative data to produce actionable findings
  • Good track record in delivering accurate, high-quality work to deadlines and to required standards
  • Some experience challenging current practice where data from user research supports the need for change

A relevant qualification or equivalent in HCI/Usability/Cognitive Psychology/Analytics or related field, or sufficient experience in order to be able to validate the tools and methodologies for each assignment will be highly regarded so please ensure you reference this in your application.
