The Royal Ballet and Opera continues to lead the way in opera, ballet, music and dance both live on stage and through multiple digital platforms, from live streaming to worldwide cinema screenings. Our Covent Garden theatre has been at the heart of London and British cultural life for three centuries. We are home to two world-class Companies: The Royal Ballet and The Royal Opera.
We are now looking to appoint a UX Research Associate who will work across the portfolio of RBO digital products to plan, prepare for, run, and analyse user research activities. Your findings will support the design, development, accessibility and continuous improvement of digital services. In this post, you will be required to choose appropriate research tools and methodologies to suit different projects and questions and collaborate with teams across the business to inspire design thinking and customer empathy in an agile, fast-paced, iterative environment.
The successful candidate will be a strong team player, able to demonstrate:
A relevant qualification or equivalent in HCI/Usability/Cognitive Psychology/Analytics or related field, or sufficient experience in order to be able to validate the tools and methodologies for each assignment will be highly regarded so please ensure you reference this in your application.
