This role will be instrumental in implementing the UX Design strategy across multiple product teams at TalkTalk, informed by the overarching UX strategy, working with multiple stakeholders from across the business to solve business problems.
Your knowledge of Design Thinking methodologies will enable you to support the UX/UI team with your strong understanding of the Double Diamond process and seeing it through from Discovery to Define.

What do I need in order to deliver in the role?
You'll have experience with Design Systems and are aware of the AA accessibility requirements. You'll also be experienced in using a variety of methods of prototyping using tools such as Sketch, Figma, Mural, Invision, and Marvel.
You'll be used to Agile ways of working and can identify and compare the best processes or delivery methods to use depending on the problem you’re trying to solve.
You know how to use the UX Double Diamond and can communicate your work using the process of Discover, Define, Design, and Deliver.
You’re confident being the voice of the customer in product discussions when sharing innovative and pragmatic ways of solving a problem.
