UX Designer

Contract - till end of the year initially

Reading 2 days a week / Rest from home

As a UX Designer, you'll work within an agile team to craft exceptional digital experiences for our customers. You'll be involved in everything from user research to wireframing, prototyping, and testing/bringing innovative solutions to life.

Ideally looking for a UX Designer who has worked within a commercial/sales function.

Responsibilities of the UX Designer include:

• Conducting user and stakeholder research
• Crafting wireframes and user flows
• Data-driven decision making
• Developing interactive prototypes for desktop & mobile
• Leading user testing and reporting
• Deep understanding of accessibility and usability guidelines
• Expertise in mobile-first design and touch screen best practices
• Effective teamwork within a Scrum environment
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Collaboration with remote teams
• Working closely with development and testing teams
• Basic coding knowledge (a plus)
• Stellar stakeholder management skills
