A Glimpse into Your New Role

Reporting to our Head of Marketing, you’ll be a UX Designer who is a creative thinker and thrives on collaboration, you'll enjoy working with a highly skilled team to bring portfolio-worthy projects to life.

With a human-centered approach, you bring excellent communication skills and an open mind, always keeping the customer at the forefront of every phase of the journey.

Leveraging customer insights and data, you'll craft solutions that truly resonate with users and drive meaningful engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify user needs and requirements to guide the design process.
  • Conduct thorough user research and testing to understand our audience and improve design outcomes.
  • Design user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces that resonate with users.
  • Develop and refine interaction models that enhance usability and accessibility.
  • Create detailed user flows and personas to drive effective decision-making.
  • Define requirements for usability testing and conduct analyses to validate design choices.
  • Perform in-depth user testing and analysis, identifying pain points and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve usability issues throughout the design process.
  • Report on UX design activities, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Offer guidance and constructive feedback to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven UI / UX design experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe XD, Google Analytics GA4, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma.
  • Strong understanding of UI / UX principles.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Portfolio showcasing diverse design and website projects.
