UX Designer

We're supporting one of the UKs leading online ecommerce businesses to look for an experienced UX Designer to join the team. They are a hugely successful company providing a secure role with scope for growth, where you’ll also be joining at a great time due to having received a huge investment.

As a UX Designer, you will be a key part of supporting across all their digital products. This provides an exciting opportunity to create significant change and improvements to an already impressive e-commerce brand. As well as carrying out design, you will be expected to conduct discovery & research to come up with your own ideas!

What will you be working on?

1. Research user problems, define solutions, and design wireframes, prototypes, and storyboards to enhance workflows and guide development.
2. Conduct user research to understand behaviours, solve design challenges, and ensure solutions align with business goals.
3. Collaborate with teams, contribute to the design system, and mentor junior designers while promoting UX best practices.

1. Salary up to £42,000
2. 28 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
3. Hybrid Working (Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office)
4. Enhanced Pension, Medicash, and Maternity/Paternity leave

To be successful as the UX Designer, all you need to have is:

1. Experience working as a UX Designer doing the end-to-end design process & a genuine passion for UX.
2. Familiarity with current design trends, and UX methodologies & techniques.
3. Previous experience facilitating, or participating in workshops & carrying out user research.
