Our in-house construction team, Alderley Partnerships, ensures the seamless planning and delivery of developments across England.
We are looking for an experienced Utilities Manager & Engineer to oversee the planning, coordination, and management of utility infrastructure across our construction sites. This role is crucial in ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely installation of utilities, including electricity, gas, water, telecoms, and drainage, while liaising with key stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and site teams.
About the Role
As a Utilities Manager & Engineer, you will take responsibility for managing the end-to-end process of utility procurement, installation, and coordination across multiple developments. Reporting to the Senior Engineer & Utilities Manager, you will ensure all utility works are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry regulations.
You will work closely with site managers, contractors, utility providers, and local authorities to ensure utility connections are in place to support seamless construction progress. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and project management skills.
