The role
  • Arrange Disconnections / Diversions / Off Site Works.
  • Arrange New Services Requirements – Service Trench – LL requirements – Meter Arrangements 1Phase/3Phase/CT Meter – EV Arrangements – Meter Locations – TBS requirements – Water – Gas – Electric – Comms Openreach Hyperoptics.
  • Arrange Quotations/ Tenders.
  • Arrange Design for Approval. Confirming Routes, Meter Locations, POC, order of build, infrastructure location i.e. comms chambers, easement.
  • Provide site with Services Files.
  • Work with Solicitors to arrange and complete Legal.
  • Arrange pre-site start meeting.
  • Arrange MPANs MPRNs, & register with Meter Supplier.
  • Arrange Meter Contracts – LLs, EV, TBS.
  • Arrange Remedials for adoption.
  • Arrange Meter Contract Renewals.
  • Arrange disconnections of TBS as required.
  • Assist and liaise with Customer Services, Estates and Accounts.
  • Assist Land and Planning with information gathering for potential new site.
  • Assist Site teams with escalations and attending meetings on site.
  • Arrange invoices to be paid in timely manner.

Experience required
  • Background in construction, utilities, or infrastructure projects essential.
  • Experience working with electricity, gas, water, and telecoms providers.
  • Knowledge of utility design, installation, and connection processes.
  • Understanding of land and planning regulations related to utilities.
  • Experience arranging utility disconnections, diversions, and new connections.
  • Familiarity with MPANs (electricity), MPRNs (gas), and meter registrations.
  • Understanding of one-phase/three-phase electricity, EV charging infrastructure, and metering arrangements.
  • Ability to read and interpret utility drawings, site plans, and easements.

The standard default full-time working hours in the office are 8am-5pm with core working hours 9am-4pm.
