Utilities Coordinator

Our client is a leading housing provider, looking to augment their technical team with a Utilities Coordinator. Perhaps currently working with a Utilities Contractor or a recognised house builder, you will be an experienced individual, able to work autonomously and report into the Technical Director.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate utilities for housing projects.
2. Work autonomously and report to the Technical Director.
3. Manage relationships with utilities contractors.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in a utilities or construction-related role.
2. Strong communication and organizational skills.
