User Researcher
Location: Fully Remote Position (with some travel for in person research)
The Opportunity
Yolk Recruitment is the exclusive recruitment partner for the Centre for Digital Public Services (CDPS) and is supporting them to recruit a User Researcher to join the CDPS team and lead research on specific user journeys, projects or work streams for CDPS. You will make sure all our work is rooted in a deep understanding of users and their needs. The work will include planning and implementing research activities and methods and communicating actions and insights to project teams and partners.
CDPS supports the public sector in Wales to design and build better public services, which meet the needs of those who use them. They are funded by the Welsh Government and are supporting them to meet the outcomes in the Digital Strategy for Wales. They strive to be bold, collaborative, transparent and optimistic and to keep people at the heart of everything they do.
