ZOE is looking for a User Researcher who is passionate about understanding people, their needs, and their motivations and can translate it into actionable insights to inform decision-making within the organisation.
This role is fully remote and is open to candidates located in the UK or Europe. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in anthropology, behavioural science, Human Computer Interaction or similar, demonstrating a deep understanding of human behaviour and decision-making. This role requires an individual capable of working independently, proactively taking initiatives, and a strong interest in continuous improvement.
Projects will range from evaluative to discovery research; you will apply your knowledge to interpret research findings, analyse user behaviour, and provide unique insights guiding our product development. You’ll work within the strategic needs of our company, delivering research that significantly impacts product design and user experience within your assigned teams.
