User Researcher

We’re looking for a User Researcher to join our App & Offers team, within our wider Digital Technology & Data function in Manchester. You’ll use a mixture of qualitative and quantitative research techniques to collect insights that we can use to improve our customers’ and members’ digital experience. In this role you’ll work in a hybrid way – splitting your time between home and the office.
