User Researcher

Harvey Nash are delighted to have partnered with a financial services client. They are seeking a Digital User Researcher for a 2 month contract with the possibility of extension.

This contract is inside IR35 - day rate negotiable circa £450.

You will be working on mobile first discovery work to inform delivery planning for 2025. You will be playing a critical role in shaping the future of the clients Digital Channels.

As Digital User Researcher, you will be part of a small but growing digital user research team. It’s an exciting time to join us in this developing role and take part in our User Centred Design transformation journey.

About the role

1. Plan, execute and design recommendations from customer testing.
2. Utilise your expertise in best practice for digital user research and standards.
3. Deliver clear and concise insight enabling colleagues to make decisions about the direction of development for our mobile app.
4. Work collaboratively and productively with a wide range of stakeholders.
5. Ensure the recommendations consider Consumer Duty principles and supports the needs of vulnerable customers.
6. Build strong relationships with other research and insight teams.

About you

1. Expertise in digital user research and testing for mobile app and web channels.
2. In depth understanding of the digital user research methodologies.
3. Ability to deliver actionable insight from digital customer testing activities and desk research.
4. Experience of designing digital user testing for a wide range of scenarios.
5. Ability to interpret complex information to deliver great customer and business outcomes.
6. Experience of delivering and designing best practice customer testing approaches.
7. Understanding of delivery of effective customer communications testing approach at scale and pace.
