Your new company
You'll be joining a well-renowned business within Scotland's thriving Public Sector. As a User Researcher, you'll play a key role in ensuring a consistent Agile-based delivery approach. You'll be integral to the smooth running of Agile methodologies and will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organisation. The company also offers flexible working arrangements. Initially, contractors are expected to come into the office one day per week, with the option to work more remotely after a period of time.
Your new role
As a User Researcher, you'll be working closely with both the end-users and technical stakeholders and interpret between them. This will involve an element of expectation management as well as proactive and reactive communication. You will have experience working within an Agile and multidisciplinary team environment and have the ability to deliver iterative design components (including user journeys) to the development team. You will be producing User Research and Analysis, using both qualitative and quantitative data to relay findings back to the organisation. You'll be curating this data through surveys, workshops, user feedback, etc.
