Job description

Our client is seeking an Innovative Experience Designer who is passionate about pioneering new user experiences and revolutionizing the way users interact with their devices. You will be instrumental in creating cutting-edge product prototypes and interactive designs that transcend traditional app experiences on Harmony OS NEXT, delivering smarter and more efficient solutions for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Innovation in User Experience Design.
2. Conceptualize and develop groundbreaking prototypes that redefine interactions between users and AI agents.
3. Challenge and disrupt traditional app interaction models to create more intelligent and efficient user experiences.
4. Create interactive experiences that leverage the unique capabilities of Harmony OS NEXT.
5. Ensure seamless integration across devices and platforms within the Huawei ecosystem.
6. Collaborate with agencies and design schools.
7. Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other designers to implement innovative solutions.
8. Perform user studies to gather insights and validate design concepts.
9. Stay Ahead of Industry Trends.
10. Advocate for User-Centred Design.

Person Specification:

Required:

1. Experience in Product Innovation and Interaction Design.
2. Proven track record of designing innovative prototypes and interactive experiences.
3. Expertise in Human-AI Interaction.
4. Deep understanding of designing for AI agents and integrating them seamlessly into user experiences.
5. Familiarity with conversational UI and intelligent assistant design.
6. Ability to quickly prototype and iterate design concepts.
7. Knowledge of operating system and ecosystem.
8. Experience in relevant areas.
9. Adept at user research and usability testing methodologies.
10. Excellent Communication and Collaboration Abilities.

Desired:

1. Master or PhD degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Engineering or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in experience design, product design, or a similar role.
