Qualifications

Used Car Sales Manager - Toyota Derby

Basic salary up to £40k depending on experience + circa 50% OTE + car

Supporting and leading the Sales department as a Used Car Sales Manager, you’ll be a consistent role model for the whole department, working to maximise sales and profitability.

What You’ll Do Day To Day

  • Motivate the sales team to deliver an incredible customer experience for every customer that the sales team comes into contact with.
  • Unleash the potential of the sales team by setting stretching objectives and providing regular feedback on performance against these objectives.
  • Ensure that all sales executives have a current performance development review to maximise performance and to support individuals’ development.
  • Ensure that compliance is in place and that it meets all the obligations relating to the customer experience and to the manufacturer’s standards.
  • Manage the day-to-day sales activities such as deal files, handovers, sales funnel to maximise sales revenue.
  • Encourage the sales team to review processes to ensure they are working in the most efficient way.
  • Identify new ways of working and actively encourage the sales team to try out new ideas.

  • Ability to provide a first-class customer service with energy and enthusiasm.
  • A proven track record in sales (Ideally within the Automotive Industry).
  • An effective multitasker who is methodical and efficient.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to supervise and manage the sales process.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Full EU driving licence.
