My client, a leading bank, are looking to hire a US qualified lending lawyer to join their highly regarded legal team.

The successful candidate will be working closely with the business and be considered a 'go to' when it comes to supporting on US law governed lending transactions across a range of asset classes, with the support of the wider team and opportunity to support on UK focused transactions, as well. This is an exciting opportunity for a US qualified lawyer looking to move in-house to a broad role where they can utilise their expertise in a commercial environment within a newly created role.

Skills required

• US qualified lawyer (ideally NY) with 2+ years' post qualification experience gained in the finance team of a leading law firm or financial institution.
• Must have strong general banking experience and expertise in LSTA transactions.
