Job Description:

At Keystone Sports, we help international student-athletes obtain sports scholarships in the US and Canada. Over the years, we have assisted 14,000+ international student-athletes, from 35+ countries, to enroll at universities all over North America. We're a team of more than 100 people, most of us former student-athletes, and we possess the expertise and contacts that have enabled athletes to achieve lucrative scholarships and compete in many different American college sports.

As a Placement Consultant, the primary purpose of the position is to coordinate and assist with sports scholarship placements at US universities. Whether it is a soccer (football), track and field or rugby scholarship, our team provides an extensive service to find students a tailored placement in the USA.

A Placement Consultant will:

• Provide direct support to student-athletes throughout the recruitment process.
• Connect students to university coaches, matching their requirements and needs.
• Liaise with clients’ families about offers and updates within the process.
• Assist with profile creation.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and occasional weekend hours.

Qualifications:

• You are a highly ambitious former student-athlete in the US/Canada.
• Have a Bachelor’s degree with good results.
• Have some work experience after graduating from university.
• Must be an excellent communicator in English.
• Structured and a problem-solver in a high-paced industry.
