We have an exciting opportunity available for a permanent Urgent Care Practitioner to join our Urgent Care Team. You will be part of a forward-thinking and dynamic directorate who have recently been recognised for their achievements by the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care. We are currently in the process of commencing a tees alliance with James Cook where we are part of a team opening a new UCC at James Cook working alongside Redcar.

You will be working as part of a well-established urgent care team and the wider multidisciplinary team to promote a good patient experience within the Trust.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
