Urban Design Associate

What you'll do:

1. Work on large-scale masterplans for regeneration (including high density town and city centre living), mixed-use and residential developments.
2. Conduct in-depth site analyses and develop inspiring design visions.
3. Create detailed design drawings, illustrations, and design strategies.
4. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary teams.
5. Lead the production of comprehensive Design Codes.
6. Mentor and guide junior team members.

What you'll need:

1. A relevant degree in Urban Design and a passion for creating high quality, sustainable communities.
2. Significant experience in large-scale masterplanning and urban design.
3. Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. A collaborative and commercial mindset, with the drive to deliver exceptional results.
