Job description

WigaTech Business Solutions is looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Executive (Upwork Bidder) to help us grow through online bidding platforms.


Responsibilities

  1. Identify and bid on potential projects through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, PPH, Guru, and Freelancer.
  2. Develop tailored proposals, negotiate terms, and secure contracts.
  3. Sell digital services such as Graphic Design, 2D/3D Animation, Website and Mobile App Development, and WordPress Solutions.
  4. Engage with clients to understand requirements, ensuring effective communication with our development team.
  5. Coordinate with project managers for smooth project delivery and high client satisfaction.
  6. Build and maintain client relationships, especially in the US and UK markets.
  7. Achieve monthly sales targets on Upwork and Freelancer platforms.
  8. Estimate project pricing, close deals, and maintain a strong portfolio with high ratings.

Requirements

  1. 1.5 - 2 years of experience in online bidding, sales, or business development (preferably in IT/Digital Services).
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  3. Proficiency in online platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.
  4. Solid negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
  5. Proven ability to analyze client needs and develop effective bidding strategies.
  6. Self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
