We will help you develop your identity as an educator and offer guidance on how to support secondary-aged pupils. Before starting your placement, you will undergo a comprehensive training program delivered by Vision for Education and school leaders, equipping you with the essential skills needed to excel as a Teaching Assistant.

Teaching Assistants play a crucial role in the smooth operation of any school. The most effective Teaching Assistants possess excellent communication skills and a deep passion for supporting the daily needs of all children.
