Unqualified Teacher - Perfect for Recent Graduates Looking to Gain Experience Before Teacher Training


Aspire People are seeking recent graduates who are passionate about education and looking to gain hands-on classroom experience before starting teacher training. If you're an aspiring teacher, an experienced Cover Supervisor, or a Tutor looking for a new challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!


The Role:
  1. Deliver pre-planned lessons and support students in their learning.
  2. Gain valuable classroom management experience in secondary schools across Manchester.
  3. Work across different year groups, developing essential teaching skills.
  4. Inspire and engage students in your specialist subject.

Ideal Candidate:
  1. Recent graduate with a degree (2:1 or above ideally, 2:2 considered) in Maths, English, Science, or another curriculum-related subject (depending on experience).
  2. Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for education.
  3. Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor, Tutor, or Teaching Assistant is beneficial.
  4. Confident, adaptable, and eager to develop teaching skills.
