Unqualified English Teacher - key responsibilities:
As an Unqualified English Teacher, you'll support students in both one-to-one and small group settings, delivering engaging and accessible English lessons across reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
Your duties will include:
- Teaching a variety of English topics suited to the individual learning needs of SEN students.
- Supporting the development and implementation of EHCPs.
- Creating engaging lesson content to develop literacy, language, and communication skills.
- Fostering a safe, inclusive, and structured classroom environment.
- Collaborating with support staff and the SEN team to track student progress.
- Maintaining open and supportive communication with parents and carers.
- Upholding high standards of behaviour and learning in line with school policies.

Unqualified English Teacher - requirements:- A UK degree from a reputable university in English, English Literature, or a related field.
- A genuine interest in education and supporting young people.
- Experience working in an SEN or educational setting (desirable but not essential).
- Strong communication skills, patience, and a creative approach to teaching.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a supportive environment.
