About the Department

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services, and banking operations. We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint for supporting our regional subsidiaries and branches. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Group Wholesale Banking and Market Operations provide transactional customer services for our businesses while focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation, and straight-through processing.

Job Responsibilities

• Process all daily transactions (e.g., Corporate Loans Processing / Servicing, Limit Implementation) in the relevant systems (e.g., MCL, LES, RBK, SAP) accurately and timely according to process flows and user procedures.
• Contribute to the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and work actively to achieve KORIs. Collaborate with Dept Head / Team Lead / officers.
• Achieve satisfactory audit reviews for all daily processes.
• Support new product / service launches of Business Units.
• Meet SLA turnaround time for daily loan servicing / limit implementation processes.
• Ensure compliance with KRCSA and Ops risk controls.
• Operation-related responsibilities as a maker, including:
• Loan servicing and accounts opening for new borrowing customers in Multi-Currency Loans System (MCL).
• Loan disbursements, repayments, redemption, rollovers, restructuring, and other loan transactions.
• Loan maintenance input for all loan accounts.
• Entries input in AIM / RBK / SAP / GST systems.
• Limit implementation for Loans in Limits Exposure System (LES) and MCL system.
• Perform daily operational transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Check all administrative tasks pertaining to loan operations (e.g., daily transaction volume statistics, relevant reports from R2W).
• Assist in maintaining proper records for all archiving of documents.
• Other general administrative duties / ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Banking experience, particularly in Loan Servicing and processing.
• Able to extend working hours beyond normal hours when needed.
• Good interaction skills with colleagues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.
• Able to think creatively and generate ideas for process improvement.
