Job Title: UniOps Strategy & Governance Lead (12 Month Secondment)

Location: Kingston

Work-Level: 2C

JOB PURPOSE

The UniOps Strategy and Governance Lead is responsible for developing and refining the strategic planning process for UniOps while supporting the Executive Leadership team in embedding and managing operational and governance structures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Continuously develop the UniOps strategic planning process, including planning and managing Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings.
  2. Lead the creation of UniOps strategic inputs for ULE planning meetings.
  3. Embed and evolve the UniOps Governance framework based on feedback, learnings, and changing business needs.
  4. Support the organization and execution of UniOps leadership and governance meetings.
  5. Lead or support ad-hoc projects, providing strategic recommendations to the UniOps Executive team.
  6. Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic proposals.
  7. Work with the UniOps leadership team to track cross-functional interventions, ensuring clear Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) are in place to monitor progress.

  1. Working in a fast-paced environment with high levels of change and quick turnaround times, whilst delivering to the highest standards.
  2. Experience collaborating and stakeholder managing senior leadership (e.g. CETO, CFO, CEO).
