About the Role

As Operations Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership to develop new initiatives, enhance underwriting strategies, and drive operational efficiency. You'll be at the forefront of market innovation, helping to refine products, improve data insights, and strengthen key broker relationships.

What you'll be doing:

1. Supporting the Director in developing and executing strategic initiatives
2. Producing structured plans for introducing new product lines
3. Providing in-depth analysis for underwriting strategy enhancements
4. Maintaining underwriting policies and procedures
5. Collaborating with claims, actuarial, and product development teams
6. Leading training initiatives for underwriters and support staff
7. Auditing third-party service providers to maximise data utilisation
8. Working closely with catastrophe management and reinsurance teams
9. Preparing and presenting key management information (MI)

What you will bring:

1. 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry
2. Strong analytical, planning, and presentation skills
3. Experience in training, mentoring, and performance management
