WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

  • Providing day-to-day BCM assistance and advice to ensure compliance with relevant company and ISO standards for sites and HSE functional teams.
  • Assisting in the development, implementation, communication, and training of all relevant BCM policies and programs within the UKI, in line with ISO 22301.
  • Developing proactive business analysis and statistical reporting across the BCM agenda.
  • Offering BCM support for new business wins and project delivery.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Security to develop and execute the UKI BCM strategy in line with DSC requirements.
  • Supporting Tabletop Exercises for high-risk locations identified within UKI Operations.
  • Representing the UKI regarding BCM as required, both internally and externally.
  • Managing and conducting the BCM Audit Schedule for the UKI, ensuring compliance with global BCM KPIs.
  • Working with the Head of Security to establish a UKI BCM communications plan and integrate it within the UKI HSE Communications Plan.
  • Identifying, documenting, sharing, and replicating BCM best practices, ensuring the UKI BCM SharePoint is kept up to date with all BCM-related content.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

  • Demonstrable senior stakeholder management experience and ability to present to audiences up to senior level.
  • The ability to influence and relay critical messages effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with global stakeholders and regional peers.
  • Good working knowledge of the LOGICS platform is desirable.
  • Previous H&S / BCM responsibility in operational environments is desirable.
  • Ability to create improvement plans and work to deadlines.
  • Full understanding of relevant management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 22301, etc.).
  • CAPA & RCA knowledge is desirable.
  • Experience of working in multi-site and customer environments.
  • Availability to travel as the role requires.
  • Strong Excel and computer skills.
