UK Sales & Marketing Manager

My client is an industry leader in the power tool industry, and they currently have a rare but exciting opportunity for a UK Sales & Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a fully remote role.

The Role

1. Manage a team of 10+ across sales & marketing
2. Manage a division with a turnover of £12M - £15M
3. Increase turnover across the division
4. Man manage an existing and established department, as well as oversee the development of a new division
5. Work with wholesale & distributor channels - Toolbank, Toolstream, Toolstop
6. Implementation of pricing, order management & delivery
7. Recruitment & performance management

The Candidate

1. Experience managing a team of both sales & marketing professionals
2. Industry experience - tooling, cutting tools, power tools
3. Full UK driving license

In Return?

£75K - £90K + 50% bonus + car allowance - £6000pa + pension + benefits.
