UK Pensions Financial Advisor Spain

Our client is an experienced international IFA company properly licensed for doing business in the EU.

The company has an incredible and established business in Qatar with ongoing expansion in the EU. They are now looking for experienced UK financial advisers for their offices in Marbella, Spain.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. This position would ideally suit experienced UK financial advisors, or those with experience advising UK / EU expatriates.
2. Proven working experience as a Financial adviser.
3. Excellent communication and client-relationship skills.
4. Develop, lead and manage the sales organization to advise on financial products and solutions.
5. Provide the vision, inspiration, and leadership necessary to drive commercial success.
6. Organizational and time management skills.
7. Capability to build rapport with people from multiple nationalities, jobs, and industries.
8. Capacity to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
9. Focused approach to build business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide strategic advice across a variety of financial products and services.
2. Assess clients' overall financial picture, understand their needs, and develop a solid financial plan.
3. Guide clients towards profitable and secure financial decisions.
4. Keep abreast of new industry trends and research the market to back up financial consulting.
5. Oversee the course of the financial plan and update it if necessary to ensure profits.
6. Comply with all industry rules and regulations.

ADVISER PACKAGE:

1. Competitive Commission Structure, up to 5.5% on lump sum business.
2. Incentive on Transferal of Existing Assets Under Management.
3. Salary/Retainer/Financial Support (Structure Varies Region-to-Region).
4. The company will take care of Working Visa Requirements for suitable candidates.
