Role: The UK Office Administrator reports to the Manager, Facilities and Administration (based in Canada) but will be locally managed by the Products Management Team.
In this role you will ensure the smooth running of the UK Equisoft Bath office. You will be a focal point for the UK teams, working closely with the business and buildings management to make certain that the office environment is ready and fit for use. You will also be instrumental in ensuring that the UK office is a positive and thriving place to work, helping with running socials and adding an element of human care to the workplace.

Your Day with Equisoft:
- Based in the Bath office with the expectation being to work from the office every day.
- Daily checks to ensure that office facilities are functional and working as expected, working closely with the IT Team.
Primary point of contact for all office issues:
Management of the relationship with building management
- Report, track, escalate building issues on behalf of the company.
Distribute building or site critical information to the company on behalf of building management
Management of office suppliers
Health & safety representative
- Work closely with UK Risk and Compliance to implement policy and audit frameworks.
- Strong engagement in social committee and events.
- Co-ordination of company events.
- Ensure office and kitchen are fully stocked and supplies are re-ordered as needed.
- Any other administrative job necessary in an office environment.
