EFL Non-Residential Teacher Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW
Teachers will deliver high-quality and communicative EFL Task Based lessons as part of a teaching team. Working hours are variable and will be organised according to a rota in the centre. You will not be required to go on excursions, activities or any pastoral care outside your teaching and admin hours on teaching days.

SCHEDULE
Non-Residential contracts are based on a minimum of 10 up to 36 working hours over a 7-day session including at least one full day off per week. You will be expected to cover up to 36 contact teaching hours and up to 6 hours of meetings, administrative duties, and CPD sessions.
COMPENSATION
Non-Residential staff can earn up to GBP 673 per week (plus 12.07% holiday pay). Hourly rate GBP 15 to GBP 16 plus 15% to 17% to cover administrative duties based on qualifications and experience (plus 12.07% holiday pay).
