UI/UX Designer

Job Overview

Tech NXT Gen Ltd is seeking a creative and motivated UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for entry-level to mid-level professionals with a passion for user-centered design and a strong eye for detail. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to design intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience of our digital products.

Responsibilities

1. Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that align with our brand identity and business goals.
2. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions.
3. Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
4. Develop and maintain UI style guides to ensure consistency across products.
5. Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
6. Optimize designs for different screen sizes and devices to ensure a responsive user experience.
7. Incorporate user feedback and behavioral data to continuously improve and refine designs.
8. Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
9. Assist in the development of design systems and patterns for use across multiple products.
10. Support the team in conducting A/B tests to validate design choices and enhance user engagement.

Skills

1. Experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work.
2. Proficient in design software such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
3. Understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability.
4. Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
5. Experience with user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
6. Strong visual design skills, including a good sense of color, typography, and layout.
7. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
8. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
9. Good communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions.

Pay: £31,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
