UI/UX Cambridge

Role Overview:

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our team in Cambridge. This role involves designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance usability and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
2. Design responsive and interactive UI components for web and mobile applications.
3. Ensure a seamless user experience by implementing best practices in UX design.
4. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align design with business objectives.
5. Maintain design consistency across platforms, following brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
6. Work with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar for UI/UX design and prototyping.
7. Stay updated with UI/UX trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Key Skills & Experience:

1. 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
3. Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
4. Experience with responsive design, interaction design, and usability principles.
5. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development (a plus).
6. Ability to work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
7. Excellent communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions.
