UI Artist

Skillsearch is helping a games studio find an experienced UI Artist to join their collaborative team in Guildford. This full-time UI Artist role comes with an attractive salary and benefits.

As a UI Artist, you will help implement games' user interface. From day one, you will work with designers and artists to produce charming, high-quality UI art.

In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:

1. Get involved with problem-solving design issues within the UI/UX team
2. Communicate with the rest of the team to receive feedback and iterate on work
3. Be a central, supportive member of the small team.

To apply for this UI Artist role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:

1. A portfolio that shows a flair for illustration alongside knowledge of graphic design principles
2. Experience creating the UI for one or more published games, with skills in tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar prototyping tools and art software
3. Experience working in 3D and experience creating user interfaces - IA and user flows, low fidelity wireframe, prototyping and high-fidelity mockups.
