An established industry player is seeking a UGC and Creator Manager to enhance its online community and content strategy. Wild Nutrition was founded by nutritional practitioner Henrietta Norton BSc Dip NT, an expert in women's nutritional health, who spent years formulating for supplement giants. Her dedication to Food-Grown supplements came through seeing disproportionate results with her Nutritional Therapy patients, so set about building a business focused on her 2 biggest areas of expertise - supporting and focusing on women's nutritional health, using food grown nutrients.
We have grown fast in the past 10 years; 25,000 nutritional therapy consultations later, we have a range of 45 products, serving the full spectrum of women's health needs and life stages, with a particular sweet-spot on pregnancy and peri/menopause. We are uncompromising when it comes to the ethical, sustainable sourcing of high-quality ingredients. And why we stand with the network of B Corp brands, committed to using business for good. The business is distributed on DTC (75% of sales) and within Trade & Amazon (25%) and is growing in excess of 50% year on year.
The UGC and Creator Manager, with a strong understanding of our customer, social media and online communities, sources and curates creator content (UGC). They are responsible for building a consistent stream of content from our customers, creators and practitioner communities to share across our owned and paid brand channels for marketing purposes. They work with our agencies, brand and social teams to create and support community events and social activations.
This role reports into the Head of Brand and has a dotted line into the Head of Growth.
