  2. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements.
  3. Review and oversee the performance of all Course Instructors and Flight Examiners as outlined in the company Exposition.
  4. Ensure zero non-conformities in internal audits and maintain up-to-date operational authorisations, renewing them annually.
  5. Ensure all internal pilots complete refresher training, maintain required flight hours, and that all demonstration drones are well-maintained.
  6. Develop and maintain training literature and digital guides on the correct use of specialist equipment and demonstration of skill techniques for all core products, including certified exams.
  7. Investigate any safety-related incidents during A2 CofC, GVC Courses, or Practical Flight Assessments to ensure compliance with the safety policy.
  8. Provide a structured management approach to control safety risks in operations, ensuring all paperwork is current and risks are managed and reported effectively.
