We are looking for a Tutor to join our dedicated team in our Bournemouth centre.

Job Description
  1. Prepare course/training materials
  2. Complete external paperwork as required in a timely manner
  3. Maintain the quality of the learner programme to a sufficient standard to pass IQA and EQA criteria
  4. Complete learner and delivery paperwork as required in a timely manner
  5. Teach wellbeing awareness
  6. Attend business networking events to promote the activities of SWRAC
  7. Support learners with LDD/SEND in a variety of classroom settings
  8. Work closely with team members to ensure that ILP targets are monitored and reviewed
  9. Be aware of individual learner’s risk assessments and needs
  10. Encourage independence and self-help skills wherever possible
Person Specification
Qualifications
Essential:
  1. Recognised teaching qualification
  2. Level 2 Maths & English (or equivalent/ GCSE level 4)
  3. Experience of working with young adults who have SEND/behavioural difficulties
  4. Understanding of relevant policies /codes of practice and awareness of relevant legislation
