Job Description
Based in Watford, as the Salesforce Architect, you will be the technical lead of the Salesforce application and associated third-party apps. You will be responsible for Salesforce architecture, designing solutions, and maintaining the code, performance, and integrity of our Salesforce platform. This includes ensuring compliance with IT policies related to security, data protection, data retention, storage, backups, and change management.
Responsibilities
- Deliver prescribed outcomes for your area of responsibility while managing others within established systems.
- Meet customer needs related to standard products and services and identify shortcomings to suggest improvements.
- Develop personal capabilities and those of direct reports through specialized training or mentorship.
- Highlight shortcomings in current IT Security processes and explore issues to establish potential causes.
- Define, deliver, and adapt specialized products/services to meet customer needs.
- Analyze specified problems to find the best technical solutions and develop product specifications.
What You'll Need
- Strong expertise in Salesforce customization, configuration, and standard processes.
- Deep understanding of Apex, LWCs, and other Salesforce technologies, along with proficiency in Java, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines with demanding targets.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service ethos.
- Ability to form relationships with internal and external partners.
- Ability to think outside the box and provide solutions.
